Abstract

The invention discloses a teaching management system based on MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) education and an implementation method. The system comprises a WEB and a client. The WEB comprises a WEB server and an application server. The WEB server is connected with the client, and is used for responding to requests on the client. The application server is connected with the WEB server, and is used for sending the teaching management logic to an application on the client through an application program interface API of a module. The client consists of a learning terminal and a teaching terminal. The learning terminal is used for acquiring the operation right of student users and then accessing the WEB. The teaching terminal is used for releasing courses and gathering statistics of courses of student users. The system further comprises a backend server used for storing teaching information, student information and teacher information uploaded via the client. Through the education and teaching management system based on massive open online course, the problem on unified management and optimized operation of the learning terminal and the teaching terminal is solved.
