Problems solved by technology

[0002] With the development of the national economy, the scale of the UHV DC converter station project is rapidly expanding, and the overheating defects of the flow circuit connector terminals in the station will cause fatigue damage to the structure and materials of the converter station equipment, shorten the service life of the equipment, and affect the Safe and stable operation of power grid
The heating phenomenon of the connection terminals of the flow circuit of the UHV DC converter station found so far covers almost all the UHV DC converter stations currently in operation. The scope of the impact is large and the degree of harm caused is high. The economic loss is generally huge and difficult to estimate accurately

Abstract

The invention provides a method for optimizing temperature rise of connector terminals of ultrahigh-voltage direct-current converter stations, and aims at enabling design parameter-optimized connector terminals to avoid or lighten the loss caused by power grid disaster accidents due to connector terminal heating, and avoiding the economic waste caused by oversized connector terminals. The method comprises the following steps of selecting a design parameter to obtain a maximum temperature rise Tmax of a lapping part of a corresponding terminal block; when the Tmax is smaller than or equal to Tu, obtaining a function relationship between the maximum temperature rise and the design parameter; combining a connector terminal block limit state equation to obtain a value of connector terminal reliability R through a Monte Carlo method; selecting an initial design point and combining different parameters in the vicinity of the initial design point; calculating a maximum temperature rise value of the corresponding lapping part to obtain the reliability, and obtaining a function relationship between the design parameter and the reliability; setting a target function by taking a connector terminal cost as an optimization condition; and obtaining an optimal design parameter of the connector terminal by taking the reliability as a constraint condition.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of disaster prevention for power grids of UHVDC converter stations, and more specifically relates to a method and system for optimizing the temperature rise of joint terminals of UHVDC converter stations. Background technique [0002] With the development of the national economy, the scale of the UHV DC converter station project is rapidly expanding, and the overheating defect of the connection terminal of the flow circuit in the station will cause fatigue damage to the structure and materials of the converter station equipment, shorten the service life of the equipment, and affect the Safe and stable operation of the power grid. The heating phenomenon of the connection terminals of the flow circuit of the UHV DC converter station found so far covers almost all the UHV DC converter stations currently in operation, which affects a wide range and causes a high degree of harm. Economic losses are generally hug...
