Abstract

The present invention relates to a balloon assembly for an anorectal manometry catheter comprising a three-part tube and a balloon mountable on the tube. The three-part tube may include an elastic proximal connection tube (PCT), an elastic distal connection tube (DCT), and each of the PCT and the DCT interposed between and connected to the PCT and the DCT.
