Abstract

The invention provides a measuring method of a dynamic stress field evolution law of a complex heterogeneous structure. A transparent photosensitive resin model of the complex heterogeneous structure is prepared by 3D (three-dimensional) printing technology to serve as a test piece, the test piece is placed in a light path of a circularly polarized light dark field and subjected to continuous stress loading and picture recording, a plurality of continuously changing full-field stress fringe gray images are acquired according to videos generated by picture recording, gray value change sequences of pixel points at positions in the images are acquired, finally, full-field fringe orders under continuous loading conditions are calculated according to the relation between gray values and the fringe orders, and full-field stress values under the continuous loading conditions are further calculated. Therefore, the global dynamic stress field evolution law of the complex heterogeneous structure subjected to high exterior load under fixed light field conditions can be extracted and quantified by the method.
