The method comprises steps that M actual observation images are acquired; an initial high resolution image is calculated; according to the actual observation images and the initial high resolution image, a (t+1)-times iteration high resolution image is acquired; simulation observation of the high resolution image is carried out to acquire a corresponding simulation observation low resolution image, and an error between a (t+1)-times iteration actual observation image and the simulation observation low resolution image is calculated; the error or the actual observation image is projected to the high resolution image in a reverse mode; iteration stops when the satisfactory result is acquired. The method is advantaged in that the accumulation effect of ringing pseudo shadow can be effectively reduced, and the reconstructed high resolution image is made to have better quality and vision experience. The invention further discloses a super-resolution reconstruction device based on half-error reverse projection.
