Abstract

The invention relates to a system for separating required products from a cell culture of a bioreactor, and a method for the same. The system comprises a bioreactor. The bioreactor has a reaction container, a stirrer, a feeding inlet and an outlet. A filtering device is included and has an inlet, a flow chamber and a sleeve surrounding the flow chamber, where the sleeve includes the ultrasonic transducer. The transducer can be driven to produce multi-dimensional standing waves in the flow cavity; and required products can be separated from the multi-dimensional standing waves in the relative fluid culture matrix.
