Abstract

The present invention discloses a renewable energy project investment portfolio optimization method, a renewable energy project investment portfolio optimization device and a computing apparatus. The method includes the following steps that: a first multi-stage stochastic programming investment model is established, wherein the first multi-stage stochastic programming investment model comprises an objective function which is established for realizing a maximum project investment benefit expectation; a model reconstruction function is obtained according to a project investment decision making constraint; the model reconstruction function is substituted into the objective function of the first multi-stage stochastic programming investment model, so that a second multi-stage stochastic programming investment model can be generated; discretization is performed on a continuous stochastic process in the second multi-stage stochastic programming investment model, and stepwise iterative analysis is performed so as to calculate an optimal solution; and a renewable energy project investment portfolio enabling the highest benefit expectation is obtained according to the optimal solution.
