Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting the features of skin diseases based on image identification. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preprocessing collected sample skin disease images; secondly, vertically segmenting the images, and carrying out corresponding geometric transformation; thirdly, extracting the feature areas of different skin diseases through image segmentation, and doing statistics of the texture feature related parameters; and finally, identifying the diseases through a support vector machine. The features of skin diseases are extracted and identified through image processing according to the different features presented by different skin diseases. The operation is simple. Misjudgment caused by doctors' conclusion on the current symptoms based on years of experience can be reduced, and the accuracy of identification can be improved.
