Problems solved by technology

[0004] A main purpose of the present invention is to overcome at least one defect of the above-mentioned prior art, and provide a photosensitive resin model freezing process to solve the high freezing temperature and the tolerance of the model when a large load is applied in the prior art. Together, the large deformation of the photosensitive resin model under a large load, and the lack of stress stripes under a small load affect the accuracy of the test.

Abstract

The invention discloses a freezing process for a photosensitive resin model. The freezing process includes the following steps that first, freezing pretreatment of the photosensitive resin model is conducted, the photosensitive resin model is put into a model loading device in a freezing mode and loads are applied to the photosensitive resin model; second, the photosensitive resin model is frozen under the following temperature control conditions that the temperature rises to 30 DEG C from an indoor temperature with one hour at first, then the temperature rises to 65 DEG C at the speed of (5-10) DEG C per hour, heat preservation lasts for (1-3) hours according to the size of the photosensitive resin model, and finally the temperature falls to 56 DEG C at the speed of (1-3) DEG C per hour to remove the loads; and third, treatment after freezing of the photosensitive resin model is conducted, the photosensitive resin model is taken out of the model loading device, and the photosensitive resin model is subjected to cutting, polishing and stripe interpretation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a model freezing process, in particular to a stress freezing process of a photosensitive resin model directly produced by laser rapid prototyping technology. Background technique [0002] Obtaining the stress distribution of the test piece by photoelasticity test is the main technical means used to evaluate the working stress in the product prototype design, and plays an important role in the strength analysis of product design. The object of the photoelasticity test is the photoelastic model. At present, laser rapid prototyping technology is used to directly shape the photosensitive resin model as the photoelastic model in research at home and abroad. This technology has the characteristics of fast molding and environmental protection. Laser rapid prototyping technology is widely used, but it is rarely used in the field of photoelasticity testing, especially in the field of photoelasticity testing of complex components of aero...
