For the summer working conditions, combined cascade double-closed-loop control is adopted for the temperature and humidity control; according to a humidity control link, the air supply dew point is changed by adjusting the opening of a chilled water valve through an inner ring, and the room humidity is adjusted by changing the dew point set value through an outer ring; according to a temperature control link, the air output is changed by adjusting a terminal air valve, and the temperature control is achieved; for the coupling between the relative humidity and temperature, dew point dehumidification is conducted by introducing the absolute humidity; and for the coupling phenomenon between a temperature control loop and a humidity control loop, different correction coefficients are introduced into the control loops for decoupling and coordination, and the unification of the comfort and economic energy saving are achieved.
