Abstract

The invention provides an OLED display panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The display panel comprises a thin-film transistor layer, an anode layer, a pixel defining layer, a first common layer, a light emitting layer, a second common layer, a cathode layer and a blocking layer. The blocking layer is arranged on the pixel defining layer between two random adjacent anodes. The blocking layer is used for blocking electric charges which are released from one anode in the two adjacent anodes into an area which corresponds with the other one in the two adjacent anodes. The OLED display panel and the manufacturing method are advantageous in that through arranging the blocking layer, entering of the electric charges which are released from one in the two adjacent anodes into a light emitting unit which corresponds with the other anode through a first common layer, thereby eliminating a light emitting leakage phenomenon and improving displaying effect of the OLED display panel.
