According to the 3D printer provided by the invention, specific heat capacity and density of liquid are greater than those of air, and temperature uniformity of liquid is easily controlled, so that the motion platform and other electronic elements inside a housing can be prevented from being affected by the high temperature. The invention further provides a printing method for the 3D printer.
