Abstract

The invention discloses an oil-water separator with high separation efficiency and good separation effect. The oil-water separator comprises a box body; a liquid inlet end of the box body is provided with a liquid inlet zone; an oil scraping zone is located in the part, out of the liquid inlet zone, of the box body; a filtering device is arranged in the liquid inlet zone; a plurality of oil permeable seams are arranged on a separation side plate in the liquid inlet zone; and floating oil on the surface of liquid in the liquid inlet zone can enter into the oil scraping zone through the oil permeable seams. An oil scraping device located in the oil scraping zone of the box body comprises an oil scraping drum and an oil groove, wherein installation shafts located at both ends of the oil scraping drum are movably supported on the box body; the draft of the oil scraping drum in the oil scraping zone is 8 mm to 12 mm; the oil groove is fixed on the box body; the upper end of an oil scraping plate located on the oil groove is closely attached to the wall of the oil scraping drum; a driving device on the box body can drive the oil scraping drum to rotate; floating oil on the surface of liquid in the liquid inlet zone may be adhered onto the wall of the oil scraping drum; the floating oil on the wall of the oil scraping drum can be scraped off into the oil groove by the oil scraping plate; and the lower end of a draining end of the box body is connected with a water pump.
