The device comprises: a fixed pedestal arranged below the central disc of an unmanned aerial vehicle; a wire coil assembly arranged below the fixed pedestal; a water diversion assembly arranged below the wire coil assembly; and a sampling assembly arranged below the water diversion assembly and used for collecting water samples. The device integrates water sampling, wire take-up and pay-off, and marking to realize automatic water fetching; a steering engine is used to intelligently control the rotary movement of a water injecting opening in order to realize one-shot multi-point collection and increase the water sampling efficiency; and marking is used to record the water sampling position, the water depth, the water temperature and other pieces of information in order to meet the demand for intelligent management of water samples.
