The invention relates to an anti-theft cover of an oil drain valve. The problem that transformer oil of a box-type substation is stolen from the oil drain valve in the prior art is solved. A lock cylinder is rotated through a key; the lock cylinder drives a driving plate to slide in a shell; a movable clamping jaw connected with the driving plate moves between a locking position and an unlocking position; and when the movable clamping jaw moves to the locking position, a clamping part of the clamping jaw is clamped and matched with the inner side surface of an outer end flange to prevent the shell from deviating from the oil drain valve.
