Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for quickly forwarding a message. The method comprises steps: when a service chain first node receives the message, a service chain identifier and a direction identifier are packaged in a to-be-transmitted message, and the to-be-transmitted message after being packaged is transmitted to a next node. When a service chain middle node receives the message, the message is analyzed, and a service chain identifier and a direction identifier are obtained; according to the direction identifier, service processing is carried out; the service chain identifier and the direction identifier are packaged in a to-be-transmitted message; and according to the service chain identifier and the direction identifier, a next node for the service chain middle node is determined, and the to-be-transmitted message after being packaged is transmitted to the next node. When a service chain tail node receives the message, the message is analyzed, and a service chain identifier and a direction identifier are obtained; according to the direction identifier, service processing is carried out; a next node for the service chain tail node is determined according to a forwarding rule; and the to-be-transmitted message is transmitted to the next node.
