The plantation method comprises the following steps of soil preparation including: raking the sandy cultivated land to be even and fine, ridging the cultivated land, digging planting holes in ridges, and inserting a planting cylinder in each planting hole; plantation including: putting soil and nutrient medium in each inner cylinder after the planting cylinders in the step one are installed, planting a danshen seedling in each inner cylinder, and watering danshen seedlings after plantation is completed; field management including: performing weeding and pest management timely in the growing period of danshen, the number of weeding and pest management in the growing period being four; and danshen harvesting: screwing a screwing rod of each inner cylinder to enable the inner cylinder to rotate and move upwardly, and after the inner cylinder is removed out, poking and loosening the soil in the inner cylinder by a slender rod from a through hole in the bottom of the inner cylinder so as to discharge the soil from the inner cylinder. By adoption of the plantation method, after the danshen is planted, the danshen can be effectively prevented from being damaged when harvested.
