Embodiment Construction

[0020] Hereinafter, a start control device for an internal combustion engine according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0021] figure 1 A structure of a vehicle 100 including an internal combustion engine (hereinafter referred to as an engine) is shown. As shown in the figure, an ISG (Integrated Starter Generator: Starter Generator) 11 is connected to the output shaft (crankshaft) 6 of the engine 10. In addition to the power generation function driven by the crankshaft 6, the ISG 11 also has an engine Start function and output auxiliary function. The ISG 11 serves as an engine starting function, and applies torque from the outside of the engine 10 to the crankshaft 6 to start the engine 10 at the time of restarting after idling stop, etc., or when starting the engine 10 after warming up with combustion stopped. In addition, the ISG 11 serves as an output assist function to apply torque from the outside to the crankshaft 6 to assist...

Abstract

Provided is a restart control device (16) applied to a vehicle provided with: an internal combustion engine (10); an electric motor (11) that is coupled to an output shaft (6) of the internal combustion engine, and is configured to apply torque to the output shaft to increase the rotation speed of the internal combustion engine; a drive wheel (15); and a clutch device (13) that engages and disengages the power transmission between the output shaft of the internal combustion engine and the drive wheel. The restart control device is characterized in being provided with: a restart condition determination unit that determines whether a restart condition for restarting the internal combustion engine has been satisfied while the vehicle is coasting; a push-starting unit that performs push starting; a starting unit that performs starting using the electric motor; and a double starting unit that causes one of the push-starting unit and the starting unit to start the internal combustion engineif it is determined that the restart condition has been satisfied, and, if the internal combustion engine is not started, causes the other of the push-starting unit and the starting unit to start theinternal combustion engine.

Description

[0001] Cross-reference of related applications [0002] This application is based on the invention of Japanese Patent Application No. 2015-97589 for which it applied on May 12, 2015, and uses the content of description. technical field [0003] The invention relates to a control device for controlling the restart of an internal combustion engine. Background technique [0004] In recent years, in order to improve the fuel consumption rate, people have begun to pursue the idling stop coasting technology, that is, stopping the internal combustion engine (hereinafter referred to as the engine) and running at an idling speed. [0005] In Patent Document 1, when the engine is required to be restarted during idling running, and the rotation variation of the output shaft connected to the driving wheels of the vehicle is higher than a set value, the clutch is coupled to the output shaft of the engine, so that the driving The driving force retained in the vehicle increases the rotati...
