Abstract

The traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from the following medicinal material slices in parts by weight: 5 to 30 parts of flos daturae, 4 to 13 parts of flos rhododendri, 7 to 15 parts of radix aconiti carmichaeli, 1 to8 parts of semen hyoscyami, 3 to 7 parts of venenum bufonis and 2 to 5 parts of rhizoma acori tatarinowii. The preparation method comprises the following steps: after pulverizing the six medicinal material slices through an ultrafine pulverizer, immersing the medicinal materials for 3h by utilizing warm water with the temperature of 60 DEG C, and filtering by utilizing double-layer filter paper; then boiling a concentrated solution extracted through ethanol for three times and sterilizing; centrifuging and taking supernatant; regulating the supernatant to be isotonic by utilizing 0.9 percent sodium chloride and making the volume constant; regulating the pH (Potential of Hydrogen) to 6.8 to 7.0; filtering by utilizing a micropore filter membrane and sterilizing; sterilely filling to form medicinal injection for later use.
