Abstract

The inner drive feedback-type digital reversing valve comprises a stepping motor, a transmission gear set, a gear rack pair, a reversing valve body, a reset spring and a magnetostrictive displacement sensor. The transmission gear set is composed of a spindlegear, a trapezoidal gear and a driven gear in a mutually engaged mode, the stepping motor is connected with the spindle gear, and the driven gear is connected with a gear of the gear rack pair; the first end surface of a reversing valve core is connected with a rack of the gear rack pair, and the second end surface of the reversing valve core is connected with the reset spring which is fixed to the reversing valve body through a spring support; and the magnetostrictive displacement sensor is fixed to the reversing valve body. According to the inner drive feedback-type digital reversing valve,the problem that in the prior art, when reversing or speed conversion occur to an electromagnetic reversing valve, hydraulic impact is serious is solved, and the technical effect of reduction of hydraulic impact is achieved accordingly.
