By arranging the liquid separation device inside the tube box cavity, the coolants entering the tube box cavity are atomized through the liquid separation device, the coolants can be completely atomized to form small liquid drops which are uniformly distributed inside the tube box cavity, so that the coolants are uniformly distributed to tube openings of each heat exchange tube, and then the heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator is improved.
