Abstract

The invention discloses an in-mold melt sensor and an in-mold melt sensing system. The in-mold melt sensor includes: an in-mold capacitor (1) and a capacitance measurement device (2), wherein the in-mold capacitor (1) consists of an electrode plate disposed on a mold fixed die plate and a movable die plate of the mold, an insulating layer is disposed between the electrode plate and the fixed moldplate, and the electrode plate contacts the die cavity of the mold; and the capacitance measurement device (2) is used for converting the capacitance signal of the in-mold capacitor into a corresponding voltage signal, and the voltage signal is used for online detection of a melt's state in the die cavity in the whole injection molding process. The in-mold melt sensor provided by the invention canutilize the capacitance change brought by melt injection to achieve online detection of the melt's state in the whole injection molding process, and the detected melt state information is continuousand abundant.
