Abstract

A wavy notch spraying device is located in a turbine margin seal structure body; an inlet of the air inlet portion of the wavy notch spraying device is located at the bottom of the rotating portion of the turbine margin seal structure body and is close to the rotating wall surface of arotor disc; an outlet of the air outlet portion of the wavy notch spraying device is located on the margin plate of the turbine margin seal structure body, and wavy circumferentially-distributed spraying is formed on the margin plate; and by utilizing a seal air flow brought by the rotor disc rotating wall face friction pump effect, fuel gas invasion caused by the friction pump effect is weakened. Through wavy notch design, the extracted seal air flow is sprayed out at different circumferential positions, flowing resistance is simultaneously generated for fuel gas invasion and outflow seal, and thus the extent of fuel gas invasion is decreased, the temperature of a turbine disc is decreased, the extent of outflow seal is decreased, the influence of outflow seal on a main flow is weakened,and engineering application value on improvement of the heat transfer stability of the turbine disc and the overall efficiency is achieved.
