Abstract

The invention provides an indoor unit of a floor air conditioner. The indoor unit comprises a shell body. A first chamber and a second chamber are limited in the shell body. An open-controllable air supply outlet and an open controllable air return inlet are formed between the first chamber and the second chamber. A draught fan and a heat exchanger which can prompt air exchange between the first chamber and the second chamber are installed in the first chamber. A drying device used for placing clothes to be dried and an electric heating device used for heat exchanging with air current flowingthrough the electric heater device are installed in the second chamber. The indoor unit has a drying pattern of controllable heating of the heat exchanger and/or the electric heater device. The draught fan is installed in the drying pattern and promotes the air in the first chamber flow through the heat exchanger to form drying air current and flow into the second chamber through the air supply outlet or prompt air in the second chamber to flow through the electric heating device to form drying air current and the drying air current is prompted to pass through the drying device and then flowsinto the first chamber through the air return inlet. The electric heating device is located in an air supply path, from the air supply outlet to the drying device, of the second chamber.
