Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a positive plate of a lead-acid storage battery. The preparation method comprises the following steps of firstly, mixing tetrabasic lead sulfate (4BS) and graphite according to a certain ratio, so as to pre-prepare a positive additive; uniformly stirring and mixing the positive additive and a small amount of lead powder, so as to prepare a 4BS+graphite+lead powder mixture; adding the 4BS+graphite+lead powder mixture into a paste mixer, uniformly stirring and mixing with the leader powder in the technology for the second time, and preparing into lead paste of the positive by a paste mixing technology; enabling a plate coating machine to cover the mixed lead paste of the positive to a plate grid, so as to prepare a raw positive plate; finally,sending the covered raw positive plate into a curing chamber, curing by a high-medium-low program exchange curing method, and drying, so as to obtain the positive plate. The preparation method has theadvantage that by adopting the mixture of tetrabasic lead sulfate and graphite as the positive additive, adding a proper amount of positive additive, and utilizing the high-medium-low program exchange curing method, the capacity of the battery is higher, and the cycle service life of the battery is prolonged.
