The system is used for automatic and accurate analysis of a video image in real time,and automatically alerts potential security risks to reduce potential risks and avoid disasters. The system provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a photographing device which is used to acquire the video surveillance image of a target area, and a processor which is used to set a pedestrian detection frame around a target person in the video surveillance image when the photographingdevice detects the target person in the video surveillance image. The processor is further used to judge whether the boundary line of a preset warning region in the video surveillance image coincideswith the pedestrian detection frame.
