Abstract

The invention discloses a resource load measurement method of sidelink in a V2X network and an apparatus thereof. The method comprises the following steps of receiving resource set information sent bya base station to user equipment of some positions based on position information reported by the user equipment so that the user equipment monitors information carried by each PSCCH channel in an assigned time frequency resource set according to the resource set information, and acquiring a monitoring result; according to the monitoring result, calculating and acquiring a first frequency of a multi-user PSSCH channel resource conflict and a second frequency of a multi-user PSCCH channel resource conflict corresponding to each resource pool in the time frequency resource set in a preset period; processing the first frequency and the second frequency and acquiring a data conflict frequency and a scheduling distribution conflict frequency corresponding to each resource pool in the time frequency resource set; and when the data conflict frequency or the scheduling distribution conflict frequency is determined to be greater than or equal to a preset first threshold, sending the data conflict frequency or the scheduling distribution conflict frequency to the base station so that the base station acquires resource load information of each resource pool.
