The sliding block is arranged along the outer peripheral edge of the lamp holder. The slide rail is arranged along the inner peripheral edge of the upper cover and used for providing a space for embedment of the sliding block. The lamp holder can be driven by the motor to rotate along the slide rail circumferentially. The intelligent LED energy-saving lamp further comprises a frequency modulator which is used for adjusting the power supply frequency of the lamp holder. The rotating speed of the motor is in positive correlation with the power supply frequency of the lamp holder. According to the intelligent LED energy-saving lamp provided by the invention, the illuminating brightness is changed by rotating the lamp holder and changing the power supply frequency without changing the magnitude of current flowing through the LED energy-saving lamp.
