The method herein includes the following steps: a wireless communication terminal establishing a first communication link and a second communication link with a power distribution main station; separately identifying first historical coverage data of the first communication link and second historical coverage data of the second communication link, based on the first historical coverage data and the second historical coverage data, selecting a main link and a backup link from the first communication link and the second communication link; and conducting communication with the power distribution main station through the main link, re-selecting a main link from the current main link and the backup link when the intensity of signals of the main link weakens. According to the invention, the network access method and system herein can ensure the quality of communication between a power distributionterminal and a power distribution main station, and effectively makes corresponding communication more stable.
