Abstract

The invention discloses a method for restraining the induced voltage in a particle flow generation device. The particle flow generation device comprises a particle flow electrode, a control electrode,a high-voltage electrode and a grounded electrode. The method comprises the steps that a first resistor is connected between the control electrode and the high-voltage electrode, and a second resistor is connected between the high-voltage electrode and the grounded electrode; a field mill is connected to the grounded electrode; the voltage of the control electrode is increased, the voltage of theparticle flow electrode is increased step by step until a corona happens to the particle flow electrode, and meanwhile, the voltage of the control electrode and the high-voltage electrode is adjusted; after the corona happens to the particle flow electrode, the field mill is calibrated through a direct current combined field on the upper surface of the grounded electrode. By means of the method,the induced voltage generated when the particle flow generation device calibrates the measuring instrument (the field mill) can be effectively restrained, and meanwhile, it is guaranteed that overvoltage breakdowns do not happen between the electrodes of all electrode layers, so that the reliability and the safety of the device are improved.
