The method includes the following steps that: a resource transfer message sent by a sending terminal is received, whereinthe resource transfer message contains verification indication information and the resource numerical value of to-be-transferred resources; the resource transfer message is sent to a receiving terminal; verification information which is collected by the receiving terminal according to the verification indication information is received; the matching degree of the verification information and theverification indication information is calculated; and to-be-transferred target resources are transferred to a target account bound with the receiving terminal according to the matching degree, wherein the to-be-transferred target resources are all or part of the to-be-transferred resources, the resource numerical value of the to-be-transferred target resources is in positive correlation with thematching degree. Thus, a server calculates the matching degree of the verification information uploaded by the receiving terminal and the verification indication information, and transfers the to-be-transferred target resources that are in positive correlation with the matching degree to the receiving terminal, so that the transfer of resources to some unintended receiving terminals can be reduced, and therefore, a resource transfer effect can be improved.
