The rotation part and the inner wall of the exhaust pipe body are rotationally connected through a rotation shaft. The rotation part is close to the air receiving port. The side portion, opposite tothe rotation part, of the baffle is away from the air receiving port. The end face of the baffle and the inner wall of the bottom of the exhaust pipe body are connected through at least one first spring. The end face of the other end of the baffle and the inner wall of the top of the exhaust pipe body are connected through at least one second spring.
