The anti-damaged cuttlefish egg hatching and releasing device comprises a hatching mesh box and a floating-type anti-damagedcuttlefish egg hanging-mounted device. Fixed fine-mesh boards are arranged on the four side surfaces and the bottom surface of the hatching mesh box. The top surface of the hatching mesh box is made up of a coarse-mesh board. Additionally, the mesh diameter of each mesh of the coarse-mesh board is larger than that of each mesh of each fixed fine-mesh board. The floating-type anti-damaged cuttlefish egg hanging-mounted device comprises vertical guide rods, a floating fine-mesh board, buoyancy blocks and a cuttlefish egg hanging-mounted structure.
