The method includes thefollowing steps that (1) a shunting operation sheet is drawn up according to a shunting plan; (2) a shunting operation hook plan execution logic processing module judges the locomotive running direction according to the change of TDCS station information, and by combining the locomotive position, the locomotive running direction, a station signal equipment logic diagram and the shunting operationsheet plan execution position, whether a message is sent to a shunting operation terminal or not is judged; (3) the shunting operation terminal matches the received message with the shunting plan according to the received message and reminds a user; and (4) the user determines and back-feeds the shunting operation sheet execution state.
