The invention discloses a safety risk recognition and evaluation method for a transformer substation project based on QFD. The method comprises the steps: determining the accident types and risk factors of each operation in the transformer substation project; building a first-order quality house model; determining a relative risk weight of each accident type in the transformer substation project;building a network analysis model, and converting the network analysis model into a super-matrix; calculating a relative risk weight of risk factors in the transformer substation project; and carryingout the safety risk recognition and evaluation. The method takes the transformer substation project as a research object, employs QFD as an analysis tool, constructs the quality house model, and describes how to use the QFD to carry out the risk recognition and evaluation of the transformer substation project through the theory and examples. The QFD is used for the risk recognition and evaluationof the transformer substation project, so the method can achieve the macroscopic analysis of the accident types and risk weights of each operation, also can achieve the deep research of the influencefactors and the quantification of the influences, can achieve the systematic analysis of the risk factors of each layer of the transformer substation project, and can achieve the recognition and evaluation of the safety risks of the transformer substation project.
