Finally, the voltage of all batteries in the battery pack is enabled to be maintained the same, and a purpose of being balanced is achieved. As long as a fixed pulse width is maintained, the output of each transformer will change along with the total voltage, and the output is maintained on the average voltage value of all single batteries, so that the dynamic voltage balance is formed.
