Abstract

The invention provides a method and system for calibrating a transient fuel consumption meter. The method includes: acquiring all transient fuel consumption values of the transient fuel consumption meter within a preset time period through a controller, and weighing total consumed fuel flowing through the transient fuel consumption meter within the preset time period through an electronic scale; calculating a difference value between total fuel consumption corresponding to the sum of all transient fuel consumption values and the total consumed fuel through the controller; when the difference value exceeds a preset difference value, adjusting the transient fuel consumption value of the transient fuel consumption meter according to the difference value to acquire a display transient fuel consumption value to enable a display value of the transient fuel consumption meter to be within an error range so as to achieve the objective of calibration.
