Abstract

The invention discloses a control system for high-pressure chipping breakage and dispersed water drainage for an automatic machining unit for machining. The control system comprises a bottom plate, awater distribution block, joints, a zero-point proximity switch, an induction block and a servo motor, wherein the water distribution block, the joints and the servo motor are arranged at the upper end of the bottom plate in an integrated manner; a drive gear is arranged at the output end of the servo motor in a connection manner; the upper side of the drive gear is rotationally fixed into the bottom plate through a rotary shaft, and a driven gear is arranged in a manner of being engaged with the drive gear; an electromagnetic valve is arranged on each joint; the zero-point proximity switch and the induction block are arranged on a rotary shaft of the driven gear in an inlaying manner; and a shield is arranged at the periphery of the bottom plate in a riveting manner. According to the control system disclosed by the invention, the connection and disconnection of each water drainage port are effectively controlled through the cooperation of servo drive and a PLC, so that pressure loss caused due to simultaneous water drainage of a plurality of paths of cooling liquid outlets is prevented; and the problems of no chipping breakage and iron chipping winding in a machining process are effectively solved through the powerful scouring of the high-pressure water generated by a high-pressure water pump for iron chippings.
