Abstract

The invention discloses a new thiamine nitrate synthesis process, which comprises: 1, completely mixing a batch of thiamine sulfate oxidation solutions and a sodium nitrate aqueous solution accordingto a mass ratio of 185:44; 2, preparing a saturated aqueous solution by using a certain amount of sodium bicarbonate; 3, adding the prepared sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution into the mixed solutionof the thiamine sulfate oxidation solution and the sodium nitrate aqueous solution in a dropwise manner until the PH value of the mixed liquid is 7.0-7.5; and 4, filtering, and drying to obtain the solid thiamine nitrate.
