The data writing method is applied to the flash memory devices. One of the flash memory devices includes a first physical storage space used for storing data written when the storage equipment is in a power-off phase. A specific scheme includes: receiving a first data writing request by the flash memory device when the storage equipment is in the power-off phase, wherein the first data writing request is used for requesting of writing first target data at a first logical block address (LBA); in response to the first data writing request, determining a first PBA, which corresponds to the first LBA, by the flash memory deviceaccording to a first preset address mapping relationship, wherein the first PBA belongs to the first physical storage space, and the first PBA does not store data; and writing the first target data into the first PBA by the flash memory device.
