Abstract

The invention provides a control method and a control device for capacity optimization of a chemical process. The control device comprises a high value selector, a comparator, a feedback controller and a low value selector, wherein inputs of the high value selector are all operating capacities for deciding capacity of the chemical process; an output of the high value selector is connected with thecomparator; another input of the comparator is a maximum valve position set value; a difference value obtained by comparison is connected with an input of the feedback controller; an output of the feedback controller is connected with one input of the low value selector; another input of the low value selector is connected with a load set value; an output of the low value selector is connected with a feeding set value of a main control raw material. According to the method, all the operating capacities for deciding the capacity of the chemical process are detected; a higher operating capacityis selected and is compared with the maximum valve position set value; the feeding amount of the main control raw material is adjusted according to positive and negative of a comparison difference value, so that the capacity is optimum.
