Abstract

The invention discloses a test method for voltage distribution of a lead-acid storage battery grid. The test method comprises the steps of: manufacturing a container half shell, and drilling a plurality of rows and columns of transverse rib passing holes in the end surface of the container half shell; welding the transverse ribs on a grid to be tested; placing the grid into the container half shell, wherein the transverse ribs are inserted in the transverse rib passing holes in one-to-one correspondence and are exposed out of the container half shell; placing two container half shells in a manner that openings face each other and adhering the container half shell into a test container; injecting a sulfuric acid solution into the test container; connecting the test container and a group ofbatteries in series and then connecting them to a charger to form a test device; connecting each transverse rib onto a corresponding test loop of a data recorder; starting the charger for charging theentire test device, and recording test data by means of the data recorder; and comparing the test data.
