[0020] In normal Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) operations, GNSS operators may ensure the integrity or reliability of their systems and assume that the position, velocity or time determined by a user equipment device (UE) from a given GNSS is reliable. However, historical indications of constellation and / or space vehicle (SV) failures may not necessarily assume the absolute reliability of GNSS, and one or more "checks" outside of the GNSS own control segment may be beneficial.
