The streetlamp capable of electrostatically aqua-culturing plants and electrostatically purifying air comprises an air purifying mechanism and an electrostatic aquaculture mechanism installed on a supporting column, wherein theelectrostatic aquaculture mechanism is arranged in a middle section of the supporting column, an electrode plate is arranged in a flowerpot liner, and the electrostatic aquaculture mechanism is usedfor electrostatically aqua-culturing plants; and the air purifying mechanism is provided with a streetlamp body, the air purifying mechanism comprises a ventilation mechanism which is used for introducing external air into a shell of the air purifying mechanism to be purified, a cylindrical electrostatic purifier arranged on a chassis of the air purifying mechanism, and a flying disc-type electrostatic purifier disposed above the cylindrical electrostatic purifier. By arranging the cylindrical electrostatic purifier and the flying disc-type electrostatic purifier, the air can be purified in two levels; and moreover, the streetlamp is provided with the aquaculture plants, so that the urban environment is beautified.
