Abstract

The invention provides a slot wedge, a stator and a motor, and a method for manufacturing the slot wedge. The slot wedge for a stator core of the motor comprises a laminated body formed by laminatinga plurality of magnetic conductive sheets, and the laminated body is strip-shaped, wherein the slot wedge is provided with a plurality of ventilating slots; and the ventilating slots are formed by penetrating through the laminated body along the radial direction of the stator core. The slot wedge for the stator core of the motor provided by the invention can effectively reduce harmonic waves and improve the air gap flux distribution, so as to improve the working efficiency and rated power of the motor; and at the same time, the heating of the motor can be reduced and the service life of the motor can be prolonged.
