Embodiment 1

[0016] A machining method for copper castings, comprising the steps of:

[0017] (1) First heat the copper casting to 800-950°C and keep it for 30-50 minutes;

[0018] (2) Rapidly cool down the temperature of the copper casting to 300-350°C within 1 minute, and maintain it in the temperature range of 300-350°C for 30-35 minutes;

[0019] (3) After the copper casting is heated rapidly to 600-700°C within half a minute, mechanical processing is carried out within the temperature range of 600-700°C.

Abstract

The invention provides a mechanical processing method for a copper casting, and relates to the technical field of mechanical processing. The mechanical processing method comprises the following stepsof: (1) firstly heating the copper casting to a temperature of 800-950 DEG C, and keeping the temperature for 30-50 minutes; (2) quickly reducing the temperature of the copper casting to 300-350 DEG Cwithin one minute, and keeping the temperature at 300-350 DEG C for 30-35 minutes; and (3) quickly heating the copper casting to 600-700 DEG C within half a minute, mechanically processing within a temperature range of 600-700 DEG C, and mechanically processing within a temperature range of 700-730 DEG C. According to the mechanical processing method provided by the invention, the copper castingis quickly cooled and heated to completely release stress inside the casting, so that the casting can be effectively prevented from being cracked in a processing process; and meanwhile, mechanical processing is performed at a temperature of 600-700 DEG C, and the casting is integrally in a high-heat state and the hardness of the copper casting is greatly reduced, so that heat locally generated bymechanical processing can be neglected, and therefore, deformation damages on the casting are avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of machining, in particular to a machining method for copper castings. Background technique [0002] Copper castings are the general term for alloys mainly composed of iron, carbon and silicon. In these alloys, the carbon content exceeds that which would remain in austenitic solid solution at the eutectic temperature. [0003] In order to apply copper castings to mechanical parts, it is also necessary to machine the copper castings. The existing machining methods for copper castings have the following technical problems: [0004] 1. It is carried out at room temperature. When processing copper castings, due to the generation of local heat during processing, the copper castings will be deformed to a certain extent; [0005] 2. The internal stress release of the casting is not complete, and the generated torsion force is large, which is easy to break during the processing. For example, the ordinary milling c...
