The reflector group is composed of a first reflector and a second reflector which deflect the optical path 90 degrees. The secondary imaging rear group is composed of a first rear group lens, a second rear group lens and a third rear group lens, and finally images an image formed by the zoom objective lens group on a target surface of a detector. The aperture diaphragm of the optical system isjust at the cold diaphragm of the detector, and 100% of cold diaphragm efficiency can be achieved, so that external stray light is prevented from being irradiated on the target surface of the detector, and the quality of imaging is improved.
