The coordinates ofthe central point of the projection image plane reference system are known, and the coordinates of the central point of the world coordinate system need to be completed through a camera. Four cornersat the periphery of a calibration plate are detected through the camera, so as to determine the position of the calibration plate. Afterwards, a projection image is projected to the calibration plate.The method can enable a person to be liberated from the tedious calibration operation, and achieves the program automation. The whole calibration time is controlled within 90s, which is equivalent tothe manual calibration time of a skillful worker, wherein the calibration precision of the method is even higher than the precision of the manual calibration.
