[0346] Human cadaver studies were conducted to evaluate the clinical performance of scaffolds and delivery systems according to the present disclosure in human anatomy. Device prototypes and delivery system prototypes were integrated to test multiple conditions within representative anatomy before and after functional endoscopic sinus surgery. Endpoints included visual appearance via endoscopy and clinical feedback.
