An energy model is mainly established for important energy consumption of acontinuous hot-galvanizing production line; an energy flow theory is utilized, energy consumption composition of electric energy and heat energy conversion in two parts of a heating furnace and a zinc pot in the production line of the galvanizing unit is analyzed on the basis of energy conservation, composition and characteristics of the energy flow are especially explored, energy input and output balance equations are respectively established according to internal relations and mapping mechanisms of output power and various process parameters, and the problem about the external input energyof the entire is minimal galvanizing production line is solved.
